WordPress Hosting on DigitalOcean with Setup, Support and Management

We build, migrate and run WordPress on DigitalOcean inside your own account. Flat, published Droplet pricing; you keep the account and we handle the WordPress side.

WordPress Cloud Hosting

Droplet Setup

Droplet sizing and configuration built for WordPress — shared CPU for most sites, dedicated CPU once traffic is sustained.

WordPress Migration

Your existing site moved across with files, database and media intact, tested before cutover and switched outside business hours.

Server Maintenance

OS patching, PHP and stack updates, and security hardening kept current so the Droplet does not drift.

AMC Support

Annual Maintenance Contracts with snapshots and backups you can restore from, monitoring and a team to call.

What is DigitalOcean?

DigitalOcean is a cloud platform built around simplicity. Running WordPress on it means a Droplet — a virtual server — with a managed MySQL database and object storage beside it, in your own account. Pricing is flat and published per Droplet size, so you know what next month costs.

  • Droplets Basic and Premium Droplets, shared or dedicated CPU. We size against your real traffic rather than selling headroom you will not use.
  • Managed Databases MySQL kept patched, backed up and scalable separately, so a database problem cannot take the web server down with it.
  • Spaces S3-compatible object storage with a CDN included — media served from the edge instead of off your Droplet.
  • Volumes & Load Balancers Block storage when the Droplet disk runs out, and load balancing once you run more than one server.
  • Bangalore (BLR1) The India region, with Spaces available there too, so server and media both stay local rather than routing through Singapore.
  • Predictable pricing Flat published rates per Droplet size. Add the database and Spaces and you have a monthly figure you can actually budget.

A Droplet is a clean Linux server, not a WordPress site. Choosing the size, building the stack, tuning MySQL and configuring caching, SSL, backups and monitoring is still work — and it is the work that decides whether the site is fast.

DigitalOcean WordPress Hosting

Whether you need a new DigitalOcean WordPress setup, an existing Droplet fixed, regular maintenance or an AMC, WPLogica handles the technical side of WordPress hosting on DigitalOcean.

DigitalOcean WordPress Setup Services

We plan and build a Droplet that runs WordPress properly: choosing the region and size, provisioning the web server and PHP stack, setting up Managed Databases, configuring caching, SSL and Spaces CDN, and wiring up backups and monitoring before anything goes live.

DigitalOcean Support and Troubleshooting

Droplets run out of memory, SSL expires, databases refuse connections. We diagnose what actually happened rather than rebooting and hoping, fix the cause, and tell you plainly what it was.

DigitalOcean WordPress Maintenance

OS patching, PHP and stack updates, WordPress core and plugin updates, backup and snapshot verification, and performance checks on a schedule.

Annual Maintenance Contract on DigitalOcean

An AMC covers the ongoing work: updates, monitoring, backups, security checks and a defined response time, billed predictably rather than per incident.

Scaling WordPress on DigitalOcean

Resize the Droplet, or scale out behind a Load Balancer with a managed database and Spaces CDN. Most WordPress sites get further on one well-tuned server than expected, so we tune before we scale.

WordPress Website AMC on DigitalOcean

Annual Maintenance Contracts that keep your DigitalOcean WordPress environment updated, monitored and backed up.

Basic DigitalOcean AMC

For small business and blog websites on DigitalOcean.

Business DigitalOcean AMC

For growing websites needing proactive care.

WooCommerce DigitalOcean AMC

For online stores that must stay fast and online.

WE FIX THIS

Common problems we solve on DigitalOcean

Stuck with your Droplet or WordPress site? These are the things we get called about most.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. WordPress runs on a Droplet, usually with DigitalOcean Managed Databases holding MySQL. DigitalOcean gives you a clean Linux server; the WordPress stack has to be built and maintained on top, which is the work we do.

Yes, and that is deliberate. The account is in your name and DigitalOcean bills you directly. We do not resell or mark up your cloud bill. If you stop working with us, nothing has to move.

A brochure site runs comfortably on a small shared-CPU Droplet. A busy WooCommerce store needs more memory and dedicated CPU, because checkout cannot be cached and leans hard on the database. We size against your actual traffic.

Managed Databases for anything that matters — patched, backed up and separately scalable. On very small sites, MySQL on the same Droplet is acceptable and cheaper.

Yes, Bangalore (BLR1). Spaces object storage is available in that region too, so both your server and your media stay in India rather than routing through Singapore or further afield.

Droplet pricing is flat and published per size, which is what makes it easy to budget. Add the managed database, Spaces and any load balancer and you have a predictable monthly figure. For a small steady site our managed WordPress hosting from ₹300 a month is still cheaper, and we will say so.

Yes. We move files, database, themes, plugins and media, keep the current site live while the new environment is tested, then switch the domain over. Migrations are scheduled outside business hours to keep downtime to a minimum.

Spaces is S3-compatible object storage with a CDN included. Offloading media to it takes image serving off the Droplet and puts files on the edge, which helps media-heavy sites. A small site with few images does not need it.

DigitalOcean if you want a straightforward server with predictable costs. AWS if you need its breadth of managed services, specific regions, or your organisation already runs there. For most WordPress sites DigitalOcean does the job with far less complexity.

Yes. Alongside the maintenance plans, you can hire a dedicated WordPress Cloud Engineer who works on your DigitalOcean environment specifically — the same person each time, who knows your setup, your history and why things are configured the way they are. They handle Droplets, Managed Databases and Spaces and the WordPress layer on top. Tell us what the work involves and we will come back with who we can put on it.

An AMC buys defined work on a schedule: updates, backups, monitoring, security checks, done every month whether or not you ask. A dedicated engineer buys availability and judgement — someone to make architecture decisions, run one-off projects, handle incidents and deal with anything that does not fit a checklist.

Most sites need the AMC. You want the engineer when the environment is complex enough that explaining it to a new person every time has become the bottleneck. Plenty of clients run both.
